Event Information
The 3K walk and 5K run will be held Wednesday, August 9th. Check in will begin at 7:15 AM with the run start scheduled for 8:00 AM and the walk at 8:05 AM. The run will be a timed event.

The Route
Both events will be held at Portland International Raceway. The route is mostly flat, with much of it on the racetrack itself. There will be scenic views and glimpses of Heron Lakes Golf Course and Mt. Hood.

Water will be available on the course. Volunteers and signs will be your guide around the course.

There will be separate Male and female classes in the following age (as of August 9, 2006) groups: 10 & Under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 +
