As a gathering place for Parade, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Better yet, as a pay off for booking the entire hotel, Hospitality gets to be located in the lobby Coffee Shop. 

During the day, Hospitality will be the usual informal meeting place for participants, with enhanced food and beverage offerings giving you a real taste of the Northwest. To add additional flavor, other regions will take over the Hospitality hosting and staffing for one day each. It will still be the place to come to get the latest scoop on events. In the afternoons, look for Northwest winemakers offering tastings, and Northwest brewers pouring samples of their beers. 

COMPUTER CRT Internet Cafe'

Parade Portland is providing internet access in two ways for 2006.  COMPUTER CRT is sponsoring the Internet Cafe' which will have 8 computers networked and attached to the internet and a lazer printer.  Some of these computers will also have MS-Office loaded to facilitate occasional printing and document creation needs.  Additionally, several games will be loaded on a few of these systems for the occasional mental break (however, I would suggest a walk along the Columbia River which is right outside the door!).

ADDITIONALLY, there is WIRELESS access to the internet through out the Red Lion hotel.  So bring your wireless enabled laptop and you can access the internet and the ParadePortland web site when ever and where ever you want to!
